Buban Chimneys
Buban Chimneys, located in Oğuldere village of Bingöl's Sancak district and attracting attention with their similarity to the fairy chimneys in Nevşehir's Kapadokya District, are waiting to be discovered by local and foreign tourists.
The Budan chimneys in the Oğuldere Village of the Sancak District, 50 kilometers from the city center, draw attention with their mystery. While there is no definite information about the formation of the Buban chimneys, which are seen as a rival to the fairy chimneys in the Cappadocia district of Nevşehir by the people of Bingöl, it is stated that its history dates back to many years. It is estimated that interesting pointed rock shapes in the form of fairy chimneys emerged with the formation of chimneys, flood waters descending from the valley slopes and the wind eroding the tuff structure.
Buban Chimneys, which do not have any businesses and facilities around, cannot be reached by public transport. You can camp and picnic nearby.
