Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı House
The house where our famous poet Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı was born and spent his childhood was built in 1733. The house, which has all the features of Diyarbakır's traditional residential architecture and consists of four wings arranged around a central courtyard, was built entirely using basalt stone as a ground plus one storey.
